Should Brooklyn Nets Avoid Going to the NBA Bubble?

It was one year ago today that Kevin Durant signed with the Brooklyn Nets.

Of course we knew KD wouldn't be playing for them in Orlando when the season resumes and that Kyrie Irving wouldn't be either. But now after he tested positive for coronavirus, DeAndre Jordan will also not be making the trip and Spencer Dinwiddie's status is in doubt for the same reason. Sports Illustrated host Robin Lundberg talked with SI's Ben Pickman and "The Fantasy Exec" Corey Parson about whether it is still worth it for Brooklyn to participate.

Porter's contact tracing reportedly began on Thursday. Nuggets forward Michael Porter Jr. is expected to miss multiple games due to contract tracing under the NBA's health and safety protocols, according to The Athletic 's Shams Charania .  Charania reports Porter will miss Friday night's game against the Suns. Adam Silver Optimistic About Normalcy for Next Season

NBA commissioner Adam Silver said Saturday in a virtual press conference ahead of the 2021 All-Star Game that he expects a stronger sense of normalcy next season.  "But the plan remains to try to resume our season as close to so-called normal as possible next year," Silver said. "It was one of the reasons why, in setting the schedule this year, we decided to stop in mid-July. We both wanted to allow those players who wanted to participate in the Olympics to do so, but in addition we realized if we were going to get back on cycle, and the players were going to get the appropriate downtime before the season began, we didn’t want to go deep into the summer or fall, as we did last season."
